On November 19, 2025, our foundation had the distinct honor of visiting the Wyoming County Correctional Facility to witness a truly special graduation. Through our partnership with the WNYHeroes Pawsitive for Heroes program, we funded the training of a service dog specifically for a local veteran in need.
The dog—a Doberman Pinscher named Jon in honor of our son and brother—was trained by incarcerated individuals as part of a unique rehabilitative program launched at the facility in 2024. On this graduation day, Jon was officially paired with U.S. Air Force Veteran Jerry Williams.
We are thrilled to report that Jon is doing an exceptional job providing support and independence for Jerry. Seeing Jonathon’s name live on through a companion that serves a fellow veteran is a deeply meaningful milestone for our foundation.
