Scholarships and Grants

A yearly $1000 scholarship was designed to be given to a deserving student from Williamsville North High School who exemplifies the essence of Jon's character.

Fundraisers

For the last 6 years we have held a memorial workout in Jon's name. Prior to that, we held motorcycle runs for 10 years to raise money in Jon's name. Funds raised are then donated to support annual scholarships and organizations that assist veterans and active members of the armed forces and their families.

By participating in the annual event you are supporting a memorial scholarship program established to help a Williamsville North student who has been accepted in a college, university, or enlisted in the military.

In 2024 and 2025, funds raised also went to support the bereavement section of Oisehi Children’s Hospital in Buffalo, NY now called Golisano Children’s Hospital.

Prior to that, additional funds raised went to organizations that assist disabled and needy war veterans and service members, their dependents, and the widows and children of deceased veterans such as WNYHeroes, Inc. and Stay In Step.
